      well, you'll get paid to learn and figure out as the CEO would put everything on you and provide you with no direction, he knows nothing about code nor does he make an effort to learn about that, claiming that HOME.LLC is 100X is illogical as he turned this real estate company into an AI agent company while knowing nothing about AI.

      THE COMPANY IS FAILING AS THE CEO IS SOMEONE WHO THINKS ALL ENGINEERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SALESMEN -CEO - Nikhaar Parag Shah believes that he is God while all Indian employees are his slaves. -Man can't stay on his word. -Will change the business idea every other week. -Makes rash decisions while being illogical and the company is failing

      - Working with Homellc, You can never stop learning new things. - You get the opportunity to contribute to the complex enterprise software products. - You get the opportunity to work with different teams and the captains who are really intelligent and knows there stuff. - You can work at any time of your day after your meetings done as they are fully remote.

      Cons

      - You don't get enough time to lay around HomeLLC is a company where you must learn new things and apply them into your work. You can't procrastinate while working. I won't say that is a con but if you don't do this things you will be a rockstar in HomeLLC
