- slow processes, no proper structure - expect any tom or Harry to create a structure to run the facilities, doesn’t want to invest in a better system. - ALWAYS a manpower issue. Once brought up, no support system expects staffs on ground to OT frequently. - expect to respond work matters even on your off day, leave and MC. - Every single mistake will be publicly called for - Irrelevant job scope for a different position.
