Pros

Rewarding work, lots of positives from homeowners

Cons

lots of "homework". Long hours in the field and then more hours at home doing paperwork. Mgmt expects lots of tasks performed, not much work/life balance at beginning. Still waiting for bonuses to kick in. Have to check lots of boxes to make good money. Many do and I'm still waiting.

none at all that I can think of. maybe that it’s remote?

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, poor pay, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, JUST RUN DON’T EVEN APPLY. i give this company at least another year, they will not last with the way they’re running things. terrible company and practices, constantly lying to customers. each department has its own set of issues especially the service department is SEVERELY lacking.
