Pros

All the employees that worked there were super nice and positive people that really just wanted to help people and make a difference. They were helpful and friendly.

Cons

Management makes it sound good in interview but hide the fact there is major turnover. Managers belittle employees in front of others, have no flexibility with work/life balance and don’t provide much guidance. Totally overwhelm everyone with too much work and wearing too many hats. Drive away great people.

Homelink Response

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We truly take pride in, and are very appreciative of, the fantastic individuals that make Homelink a great place to work. We are sorry to hear of your less-than-satisfactory experience. Homelink continues to make significant strides in various areas, including in our supervisor training. We are incredibly proud of the growth that we have made since 2019, and we are looking forward to more great things to come.

The team environment is collaborative, with a strong focus on personal and professional growth. It's rewarding to work for a company that makes a real difference in people's lives.

Cons

I have no negative comments at this time.

Pros

The company offers the ability to work from home. PTO is generous and the benefits package is solid compared to industry standards. These aspects help ease some of the daily stress and used to be part of what made the company a great place to work.

Cons

The work environment has changed dramatically. Expectations shift constantly, with little to no communication or transparency. Employees are being asked to take on more and more responsibilities without additional support, training, or compensation. Goals are often unrealistic and based on factors outside of an employee’s control, yet write ups and formal warnings are issued when those goals aren’t met. Morale has taken a major hit, and many feel undervalued, overworked, and replaceable.
