      Environment was nice when boss was in a good mood, which you never knew when that would be

      Cons

      Nepotism, catty office dynamics, treated like a child, reprimanded in front of peers, dealing with a highly emotional female broker, and so many others

      Great company to work for. 10% or less splits. Inhouse Brokers that help you. They also have a title company and mortgage company

      Nothing that I can think of.
