Pros

We are a mission driven business that promotes a positive culture of inclusivity, collaboration and transparency. It is an environment that welcomes fresh ideas and perspectives and where I am able to make meaningful change and my contributions are valued. I have been able to develop my skills in areas where I did not previously have experience.

Cons

Changing priorities (not really a con, just sometimes difficult to quickly pivot and adopt new processes and goals)

Pros

I’ve had the chance to grow beyond traditional management building teams, piloting initiatives, and driving innovations that support both employees and members. What I value most is the collaboration across teams. Leadership listens, partners with us, and empowers new ideas, creating a strong sense of shared mission to support caregivers and members.

Cons

As with any scaling organization, resources can feel stretched at times, which creates opportunities to be resourceful and find creative solutions while balancing strategy with daily execution

Pros

Fully Remote Rewarding work helping caregivers with resources to care for their loved ones.

Cons

Experience does not matter to the leadership team. Their members suffer from the lack of competent decisions and maturity on the leadership team. They are constantly pushing us to do more and let people go with no regard for our workload. The Care Guides believe they are superior; leadership gives them all of the credit for what we accomplish as a team, and the Care Guides treat concierges disrespectfully. The owners will lie to you and make you feel safe to bring issues to their attention. I witnessed 2 of our best concierges fired for bringing serious concerns to the owner's attention. They cared about our members and were trying to help improve things on behalf of the concierge team and improve the members' experience. I learned a lot from them and thought they should have been leading our team, but instead of promotions, they were fired. This has left me with feelings of confusion, affected the morale on our team, and led to a lack of trust in the leadership team ever since this happened. If you are not a Social Worker with a Master's Degree, they will treat you like you are less than. Most of their Care Guides lack experience, and the experienced team members are treated poorly simply because they are not social workers with a Master's Degree. The company is not a good place to work. The narcissistic Care Guide managers will make your life miserable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; it's clear you care deeply about the members you serve and the team around you, and that dedication means a lot. Reading your review, we can hear real frustration and hurt, especially around the colleagues you respected and what happened to them. We won't dismiss those feelings, and we don't want you to feel like this is a form response. We genuinely want to understand what you've been experiencing. If you're open to it, we'd encourage you to connect with HR directly, not because we want to manage a situation, but because we'd hate for someone who has given 3 years to this team to feel unseen. That conversation can be as private and candid as you need it to be. Thank you again for speaking up. Your voice matters here, and we hope you know the door is always open.
