Pros
You really get a firm handle on important concepts that otherwise you might not use often. Management is very understanding and easy to work with. It is one of the best paying jobs available at Rose-Hulman. Work helps develop great communication skills.
Cons
Work hours can conflict with other campus events. Some nights it is very busy and you are talking for all 3 hours.
