Too many Interns - Intern Homrun Employee Review

The year I worked there the team was 5 people and they hired 3 interns. There was barely enough work for one person, so I ended up sitting around doing nothing most of the time. Not many networking opportunities, they don't let you speak with members of their network, who are basically investors in the company. Hard to explain what this company does in an interview, not many people can understand the business model.
