Needs improvement - Inspector Honda Lock Employee Review

I love the job and the people were great to work with and I hated to retire . I love working . I miss the people and the pay . I currently going to get my BA in mental health counseling the need for them the most community grows I know he's gone backwards inside and out I can do Christian psychotherapy I anytime you can think of I need I'm more likely to do that is ordained minister but I have to go back and get a VA to do any kind of canceling that's mental Health therapist so so here I go back to College get my ba and help therapist and then I get through there and I'm getting my license and attorney at law had both worlds there's a name both of those fields . .

I really didn't have no cons about it except they didn't make a machine put spring losers in and look at his hands just leaving I miss working out so I could go back can't go back in time can't go back to the job you had can't bring anything I lost another niece I can bring them back I go older lonely and I'm still working listening brother so I'm home safely go back in the days I can't alone a little days leave me lone for nothing many days all I can do is be ready My day to tell me any day like everybody else I'm scared of death I'm done you don't know the unknown

I enjoyed operating the robots and machinery. I am always eager to learn so that part of my job was challenging. I was formally in the U.S. Navy so I have alot of militant instincts and ethics about me so any job thats challenging and interesting I master it.

I felt that the management and organization was lacking. Especially the management. Poor leadership can make the work place unpleasant. Having a military background I learned how important it is to be an excellent follower and leader. Learning to follow is an important stepping stone into becoming a leader.
