I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working for. I have been with the company almost since inception, though its ups and downs, through COVID-19, the recession and everything. The people I work with are some of the most talented in the industry. From our engineers to our installers we are to-the-core profressionals. We love our work here and it shows in our glowing customer reviews. The management team at Honest is incredibly talented and supportive. They are always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions, and are quick to provide the resources necessary to make those ideas a reality. As an employee, I feel valued and respected, and I appreciate the culture of openness and collaboration that permeates the company. Don't get me wrong -- just because everything is great does not mean it will be easy! If you want an easy job then this is not the place for you. You'll be gently pushed to do your absolute best, and you will be rewarded both in personal satisfaction as well as financially. If you want to grow your skills, your career, expand your horizons and do it with a professional team and competent leadership, this is the place for you.
