      Flexible schedule is great for most of the time. Starting salary is competitive for beginners. Also career-wise, it's a great starting company for newly grads.

      Cons

      There have been layoffs, so Job security is a bit uncertain. Flexible schedule sometimes is a bad thing specially during urgent times.
