Pros
Great work, some teams very patient focused and needs led. Great MDT training if you can get to it though access is in your own time, depending on which team you're in..
Cons
experience depends on which team you work on, hierachical inpatient unit. My experience was that they don't appreciate people speaking up. (Was ridiculed by the freedom to speak up guardian.) One of the Senior Dr's is not open to listening to some Nurses. Poor management.
