Pros
I worked with some of the best ground teams at Horizon. Customers were, for the most part, a pleasure to work with. The job itself was fine.
Cons
Health insurance is waaay too expensive, like disgustingly so. Management is a hot mess. If you like watching double standards work in action, you'll love this job, as managements favorites will get praised for doing nothing and good, hardworking employees will be constantly kicked around and passed over for advancement unless you are a friend with the upper management. The turnover rate is HIGH for a reason. I doubt anything will change here. If you must work here, work 1-2 years, get the training you want, and high-tail it out.
