      Pros

      I don't know that they actually have anything good going for them. Other than they were "affiliated" by Sentry Insurance.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Horrible pay. Hours are alright if you like working 7-4, 7:30-4:430, etc. Management gets no management training.

      This insurance company is very knowledgeable about the industry that they service. They have a very knowledgeable and personable staff that is always willing to help answer any questions that an insured may have.

      Cons

      I do not see any cons at the moment.

      Pros

      Small company with a family like atmosphere. Easy communication channels. Expertise in the market segment.

      Cons

      Huge territory sizes, constant travel and road time. Upper management seems to be stuck in the 70`s when they had minimal competition in the market.
