A unique environment but a challenging company to work for - Site Manager Hospedia Employee Review

Poor line management, in 2 1/2 years I had my area manager come to site around 5 times of those only 2 were for one-to-one feedback. Lack of technical support and stock, constant battle against faulty stock. Job safety, after leaving several former colleagues were made redundant due to trying to minimise the number of staff.
