      Excellent company culture. Hostfully does a great job hiring people that work well together in teams and communicate well remotely. Flexible work-life balance. Management that cares. Provide opportunities to grow quickly within the company.

      Work from home 100%. Infinite flexibility, which as a parent is my utmost priority.

      The greatest people and unbeatable culture. Very understanding. All remote which is helpful for travelers and digital nomads. Leadership is the best.

      Cons

      Some organizational issues. Communication can be a mess. Low (start-up) pay.
