      No pros working at Hotcha, your gonna be next slave working for them

      Cons

      All of them, very bad Chinese company, missing payments, disasters operations managers and team leaders, very low payments for very hard work and responsibilities....NOT RECOMMENDED....

      Pros

      - my manager was very helpful in helping me understand how the operations work - flexible working timing as long as I have told them my availability in advance - learned some transferable skills such as teamwork and communication skills. - Got free food during my shift and staff discounts outside of my shifts as well

      Cons

      I cannot think of any cons for working in Hotcha right now, I have a delightful experience when I worked there.

      Big diversity, nice people, most of them willing to do the extra mile.

      Cons

      CEO not very involved in the operations. No clear lines of guidance, but we did what we could to help the company's operations
