Pros

The leads were good, the tech is great.

Cons

The people managing the sales team take leads and refer them to select agents who work under them. Agents who are underperforming get put on pips and get their leads turned off even though the training and development of agents should be the first thing that gets addressed. Terrible culture

The foundations are there. The brokerage attracts good sales people and good clients

Cons

New policies that are unrealistic and damaging to sales people are being brought in with zero time for adjustment or testing. Seasoned successful people are being punished, unrealistic expectations for lead contact time that don't leave any room for reality or human understanding. Treated like numbers now rather then the employees we are that should be treated with intention and respect. There are valid reasons why we might sometimes need more then 1 hour to respond to leads/clients. We live lives, take care of other human beings, take classes, we could be driving, with other clients, in therapy, ill, taking care of our physical health in the gym, or classes. If one hour passes we could now lose our clients that we've worked with for months, invested our time and money in. Would our clients even appreciate that? I know mine wouldn't.
