Pros
Working with some really great people. Shame that many are undervalued and ignored.
Cons
For some members of the Leadership Team consideration for staff is a paper-thin veneer. Their personal bias is so obvious it’s laughable. Wilful ignorance makes for an organisation that feels toxic for most beyond the chosen few!
