Pros
You will get 40/hours a week Most people only work here a month and find a better job that pays them more than 400$ a week. They hire new people every week because of high turnover and it’s great because they pin all the hard work on them until they quit. You have to be vocal and direct with management so they don’t slave you but they will still find a way.
Cons
You get a company phone in a driving position except it’s a flip phone with no gps? Pointless... CDL drivers make 64$/day 15 cents a case Trust me you will quit first week like most drivers after you get your check. Helpers make 11$/hour you will make the same salary for at least 20 years before you’re promoted. Yes, people been there that long with no raise (no weekend working unless natural disasters for drivers and helpers and salesmen ) Merchandisers make 11$/hr work every holiday except Christmas Also mandatory weekend work Saturday and Sunday . Management is very laid back and lazy. Upper management does not care about you I suggest if you work here in the future that you start a union and go on strike. Help the entire company become a great place to work. Also you work for Houston Distributor not Miller Lite ...
