I have had no concerns with my employment.

They have good overall benefits and they still try to be the family-oriented, smaller company that they used to be. Very flexible when needed, and friendly, easy-going leadership.

It's got plenty of cliquey, corporate culture. Depending on the department you work in there's very limited room for advancement. If you're not in the larger offices it's very difficult to make yourself known. Leadership is sometimes too lax and doesn't address issues even when they're vocalized.
