      Have to be a self learner by reading IRS instructions because employees would be liable if they apply anything wrong on tax returns even if they was told or taught by Manager/CPA Paid company dinner and Birthday party

      Cons

      The salary is way below the industry average. Niche market segment (chinese new immigrants only) No career advancement
