      Good work life balance. Good work environment.

      Cons

      Company has introduced new policy of disbursement of variable pay after 9 months of appraisal closure. This is ridiculous as you have to stay in the company for almost a year longer to get the variable component. If you leave the company before that you will not get anything. No pro-rata nothing. Which means whenever you leave the company you would atleast lose 9 months of variable salary. This could be more.

      Howden is infusing new ideas and energy into the Insurance marketplace.

      There are still some administrative things to work through but that comes with a new company.
