Pros
Culture is brilliant. Colleagues are lovely. Company genuinely cares and gives you the room to grow professionally. Everyone who I have spoken to there that has been around the industry all comment on how nice it is to work there.
Cons
Only thing I’d say is that progression feels like it’s going to be very slow.
