      People are nice to work with Owners and ceos are inspiring

      Cons

      Very slow Benefits are not as described in offer and they never happen most aren’t available in Ireland Regional manager doesn’t know what he’s doing in regards to basic management System is out dated No research in the market solid doors are completely over priced

      Pros

      Great to work with, training provided with additional support from the other hubs outside London. Learnt a lot and helped in my career as a Contract Kitchen Designer. Pay increases every year. Good overall package in terms of holidays, sick pay and additional cost of living support (it happened maybe twice for the year). Christmas parties were great plus yearly Christmas hampers.

      Cons

      Little to no progression if you want to stay as a Designer, KPIs so expected to have a high turnover on projects, like 1-5 days for a project of 50 kitchen types. It not a job everyone gets even with the additional support.
