      Toxic culture that breeds amongst staff. Demoralised by senior management and made to feel unworthy to the point it affects your mental health and wellbeing. Company changed drastically since last year, so many unhappy members of staff. Ethic is profit before people

      Pros

      Great to work with, training provided with additional support from the other hubs outside London. Learnt a lot and helped in my career as a Contract Kitchen Designer. Pay increases every year. Good overall package in terms of holidays, sick pay and additional cost of living support (it happened maybe twice for the year). Christmas parties were great plus yearly Christmas hampers.

      Cons

      Little to no progression if you want to stay as a Designer, KPIs so expected to have a high turnover on projects, like 1-5 days for a project of 50 kitchen types. It not a job everyone gets even with the additional support.
