      High Pay, but for what you deal with not worthwhile

      Cons

      Unclear how company is keeping their lights on. Sales director not actually growing business, no sales trainings, engineers changing designs without notifying other departments, OSHA violations galore! Upper management constantly MIA, no organization, no communication. Unprofessional. Stuck in the past
