Especially in a startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to work *very* intimately with your coworkers and charter your own path across a variety of fields/disciplines. You'll have coworkers who come from major industry players like Meta, Google, Amazon, and Conde Nast, which lends itself to a highly intellectual, experienced employee makeup.
Cons
Work expectations can be demanding and sometimes disjointed but nothing out of the ordinary for a newer company. If you arrive with a growth mindset, those challenges become major opportunities.
