Employees don't have voice. No transparent communication from top down. Exec yack all time about how they working to improve this, no changed. Layers of completely inept middle management given way much power. No one to do resource planning to figure out if have staff to build what execs want. Dev teams who will be tasked with the work have no voice in process and only find out at the end. Managers promoted with no management experience. no employee development, low morale in engineering and company as a whole. Unfair employee layoff lately affected entire company. Teams left with inefficient employees. No perks. I've seen people frustrated across teams with senior managers demanding instead of leading. Cheap tactics, HR is joke with no willing to hear what employee going through.
