You are right we are growing fast and this year we have a massive focus on also growing the employee experience for the better, meaning we work our career pathways and learning opportunities. Our Head of Food is taking a look at evolving our freebie staff menu to include more options, especially for those that do not eat meat or any food derived from animals. In regard to seasonal/zero hours contracts while many of our team do like the flexibility of when and how often they work for us but we do get that for others not having guaranteed hours is worrying, please know that when we can offer guaranteed hours we do, but this is not always possible due to the seasonality of some our restaurants.
Before service charge was taken away tips and wages were okay.
Team are generally nice, but a few bad eggs.

No support from management
The removal of service charge was an awful idea that really affected morale, like another comment states it cut tips in half.
Poor communication on every level.
A previous comment said management was creepy, unsure if this comment has been removed? But it is correct.
