      Pros

      President is very involved with employees. Understanding and genuine. Comfortable environment. Benefits aren't bad. Wellness program offers great medical care opportunities. Down to earth group of people. Location good, quick interstate connection without having to drive to city.

      Cons

      Pay not bad, but could be higher. Not bad for the area.

      Pros

      A lot of companies say they are like a family but really don't mean it. Hub walks the walk and does a lot of awesome stuff for their employees.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. If you don't like a familial office feel then I wouldn't recommend

      Pros

      Great pay and the President is an amazing guy who honestly cares about his employees along with their families!

      Cons

      Not very good benefits including time off. A lot of favoritism and inconsistent punishment concerning violation of policies and work mistakes. Especially with certain managers who do what they want when they want.
