      Pros

      The (non management) employees are great and they care. They work hard and have fun too.

      Cons

      Zero marketing. Zero leads. Zero coaching. Completely unorganized. No 401k match. Management is non existent. Company is unstable and chasing down more funding, a partnership or firesale to stay afloat.

      Pros

      I was free to innovate and experiment with UI/UX concepts. In addition, the web development group was supportive and helpful. I enjoyed writing code. At the end of the day, it always felt good to produce work that I could be proud of.

      Cons

      HubCast was a startup company that went out of business because the value proposition was a hard sell to stakeholders. Saving $1 million a year in print costs didn't resonate with senior managers and alike who lead companies generating billions in profits.
