      Pros

      Great business and technical concept.

      Cons

      No real vision or concept of how to market the technology. After so many years, they still are lost. They switched the focus from wholesale to retail and have continually been killed by Vista Print. Those that know HubCast are amazed that it is still hanging on. It is only a matter of time before the VC's who now control it will close the doors.

      Pros

      I was free to innovate and experiment with UI/UX concepts. In addition, the web development group was supportive and helpful. I enjoyed writing code. At the end of the day, it always felt good to produce work that I could be proud of.

      Cons

      HubCast was a startup company that went out of business because the value proposition was a hard sell to stakeholders. Saving $1 million a year in print costs didn't resonate with senior managers and alike who lead companies generating billions in profits.
