Some “made in America “ claims are misleading. Only about 20-30% is made bun US. Most of which is assembling. Everything is from China. Yet local vendors used are few and far between in all actuality. Custom lighting is disorganized and nightmarish. Despite claims of “being able to customize anything”

These are good people trying hard in a tough economy with a lot of challenges for a small domestic manufacturer. They pay as well as they can and have great benefits and try to do a lot for employees.

It is a small company and it can take some time to move up, but it can and does happen if you work hard and are motivated.
