Leadership was disconnected with plant

The pay for what you do is pretty decent. The 3 day weekends are nice, and the shifts are always consistent. The job itself is relatively simple and while physical isn’t very mentally taxing.

Management and HR are more focused on numbers than resolving issues the staff are having. There is one bully on the hanging line that causes the most problems. She is toxic and has caused at least 4 or 5 people to quit. Her behavior, attitude, rude and condescending comments have all been reported to HR and top management MULTIPLE TIMES. People have left work in tears because of this woman. She’s still there while those who have reported have been edged out. Management and HR have proven time and time again that they don’t care about their employees physical or mental health what so ever. On the job injuries have been mishandled, almost every single person is in almost constant pain and they all consider it normal. It’s not normal to not be able to stand or move after a full 40 hour week.
