Pros
Founders and all execs were accessible and very real. Promoted from within. Always trying to help everyone do their jobs better, more efficiently. Excellent communication. Very hands off approach to management which is wonderful. Very flexible, accommodating job. Outstanding work/life balance.
Cons
Low commission structure. Once you hit a certain point, you couldn't go any higher -- and it was not high to begin with. Incentives were non- existent. Promotional schedules were built around the Northeast, and often didn't work in the south and west.
