Supportive group of people to work with. Everyone is respected equally. Exciting place to work as you can tell that everyone care about their job role and the future of the company.

Pros
- Fantastic culture with a true people first approach.
- Interesting work with good / new challenges to engage with.
- Good growth plans / opportunities; both as a business & for staff.
- Progressive environment, employing new tech & ways of working.
Cons
- Can be a little 'hectic' at times, due to volume of work / different initiatives.
Beware any company that uses beautiful people in all their marketing, because beauty is only skin deep. Behind the facade the organisation is broken. Sales are slow, senior technical leadership keeps getting shown the door and management are running out of ideas.
