The people that work here are extremely kind and supportive of each other. Management invests in your professional growth, and is very understanding of outside-of-work commitments and obligations.
Cons
At times there is miscommunication between departments that made my tasks more difficult and time consuming than they should have been. Working here can be a little stressful as it is a high-stakes, fast paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
