      Comfortable working environment, friendly management, first thing i like the most in HCS is activities and events...I feel no other organisation spares such productive office hours for activities and events, those activities really boost up the energy and we can feel office like a family...

      Cons

      They dont have HR, n sometimes they dont follow the rules/guidelines in treating the employees..

      You learn many things in the guidance of the owner because he is good orator that is the only advantage working in cloud9...

      Cons

      Bad working environment Employes are not paid on time. Sometimes they are not paid even. No employe strength, only the owner and a bunch of 2 3 people working there who at the end will be definatly be fooled when there is a time to give sallary... All the employes left the company within a period of two or three months....
