Being a Union company, you see and know your future salary. It's a good thing but if the salary is not what you like then it's probably best to move on.

DO NOT WORK HERE. They will put your life and well being at risk for $9 an hour (they won't give you $10). They will tell you to put your safety in jeopardy to save their property when a client gets violent. They are under staffed, so it is 1 staff for 6 aggressive clients, alone in a group home in the community. Management will not help you, they will gladly throw you under the bus or not answer in a crisis. They encourage their clients to get violent and break property because they make $$ on it from the government but you will be the one in harms way. They care 0% for their employees & clients and 100% about money.
