Small team Size (approx. 10)

Cons

*Less market worth of clients, which builds higher target pressure on the employees. *There is no reporting structure * Lack of work initiative *Vague HR Policies which somewhere hinder employees growth *Higher Expectations in terms of Late Sitting/ No wok life balance *Prolong salary issues, forget to get salary before 20th of any month. *Don't Expect Experience Letter in the end of your tenure without giving your replacement.

Pros

Nothing Fake Promises You will be fooled by lavish parties in 5 stars to gain your trust but use your mind!!

Cons

The list is endless.. 1. NO SALARY : People usually change bcoz they do not get their salary or incentives on time but if you want to work with HFC be ready to work with no salary, you will just hear sugar coated fake promises by Mr. Naveen Singh but you will not be getting any salary and you will be demanding an answer to your queries you will hear a news that some miss happening has occurred with Mr. Naveen Singh. They have lost all their employees bcoz they do not want to pay their salaries. 2. 5 days working is just a myth: Beware if you get a call from a consultant of Human First Consulting immediately disconnect the call they will fool you by their sugar coated words and they do not have a concept of 5 days working they will call you almost every sat for the "internal hiring drive". Please note all the positive reviews are posted by the management itself and do not join this company. Dont let these frauds run away with your salary and spoil your career.

Pros

I believe it makes a huge difference when the members in a team are like minded, have an open and honest communication among each other, work on problems mutually, are accountable for their work, then it doesn't take much time to transform an ordinary team to a high performance team. In addition, HFC doesn't only motivate it's employees to achieve organizational goals, but also works on accomplishment of personal goals and ambitions of employees. Hence, this quality of HFC makes it a great place to work.

Cons

As HR consulting could bring several challenges with certain assignments, it is important to take feedback from management or client positively during those situations, stay positive and committed towards goal.
