Lawyers are severely underpaid The executive team gives themselves salary increases but won't give front line legal staff cost of living wage increases There is no opportunity to grow The HR department is horrific

Teams can become isolated from each other and other departments. Limited advancement opportunities and salaries are not competitive compared to the amount of work required from you. Often new staff are placed on ever extending contracts that never become permanent. Underfunded organization.
