Pros
This is a great place to work. We have lots of team building outings that are actually fun. A stocked kitchen for snacks/drinks. There is also a company smoker that is used weekly to make delicious meals. We get great monetary bonuses plus extra group bonuses including trips. Most employees are pretty tight and choose to hang out together on weekends too. It has a great atmosphere overall. We are expected to work hard and there is no place to hide a sub par performance as it is a small company. However, we are given a lot of training and all the tools necessary to easily do our job. Plus we get an awesome ergonomic setup with a treadmill desk! Both levels of management are great and completely accessible. It is as easy to walk into the owner's office and have a conversation as it is to walk into my fellow content writer's office. Management listens to our ideas too. That is refreshing.
Cons
Like I said before, there is no place to hide a sub part performance. It is a small company and therefore obvious when someone is not doing there work.
