      none to mention at all

      everyone is afraid of the CEO and the head of HR and doesn't speak up or question, afraid of impact on the job and evaluation, no work-life balance, no room for impact, no self-development, hard work and not for a good wage. Management is giving benefits to each other and not involved or engaged with clients at all

      Pros

      - Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

      Cons

      - Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry
