Pros
- The people. Hands down the best co-workers I've ever had. - The work, it's challenging at times but that's what makes it fun. Plus you'll always have the support of your co-workers. - Remote work culture, people respect boundaries better than at most companies I've worked in.
Cons
- Heavy turnover in management. I understand it from a business perspective but it really did change the culture when you lose leaders you trust. - Lack of long term positioning. This one may be a bit harsh but, from my perspective, I understood the market Gongos played in (Detroit, Midwest, Automative, Healthcare, etc.). In a sentence - Gongos was a well respected 'small giant' MR firm. I don't fully understand the market positioning of Human8, I don't know how I'd describe it in a sentence.
