Had some really good humans a few years ago.
Cons
The top one is, the yearly EOFY 'culling' ritual. Happens every year and 3 months later they hire other people for the same role. No solid strategy or stability. Leadership, ways of working, teams keeps changing every 6 months. No opportunity for promotion. Comes up with ridiculous excuses and when they run out of excuses they make you redundant. (Even if you have worked there for years) Very low salary with close to nill hikes
