Pros
What Humantelligence is doing for both companies and employees is revolutionary. I have been with the company for almost 2 years and I have seen the amazing progress that this company has made on many fronts. We now have a top level product and a team of A players dedicated to helping companies understand their culture and use it to optimize performance. All employees currently work from home, which I have adapted to well and now cannot see ever going back to a commute and office environment. But I am self motivated so others who may not thrive in this environment may not fair as well.
Cons
As a start up we don't have all the tools we might want to do our jobs and so we all need to be resourceful and/or step up and create the things we need. People who can do that will thrive here.
