Some of the technology can be interesting at times. The benefits are slightly above par I'd say. Payroll and benefits have recently been outsourced so that can possibly be positive.

All aspects are micro-managed from Korea HQ. There exists no shared view of mutual respect, no holistic view of group collaboration. Employees are generally treated as children. No path for singular self-actualization, everything is done as a group. The company lacks the ability to compete in the U.S. for CATV market share. Recent M&A was a total disaster, and only served to kill otherwise good jobs/careers of good people due to horrible upper management and vision at Humax.

Easy working environment. Free company lunches on Wednesdays

No Growth in the company, no raises or bonuses, PTO is crap (can't take more than 1 week off straight in a month)
