      Horrible horrible insurance, horrible management all multiple floors, hard to find a decent nurse aid to do their job

      Pros

      The facility was very nice, very clean, and the DON and Kitchen Director were superb. Staff t members worked well together.

      Cons

      Short staffed, and corporate management tied the hands of facility management to do the things that were in the best interest of the patients in order to meet numbers. It was always about meeting numbers with them, and never about our patients.
