Nice company - Software Engineer Humotronix Software Employee Review

I really dont want to like to put review ..but i just saw the review of one of the female employee hence writing the review I have joined this company in 2015 in very small flat..at that time Abhijit gave opportunities to all freshers and started the cimpany.at that time there were around 10 boys and 2 girls but we never felt any uncofrtness..never faced any disrespect from any one after few months we shifted to new office at saudagar ..nice office :) More girls joined with me and but again same reapect for all the girls with more flexibility. Abhijit was always insisting to all girl shd go home at 6.30. About technology Always get to chance working on iot integration and erp..just amazing learning experience

There is no cons as its growing company

The people that work here are some of the best I've met in my professional career. The culture is good. The founders are great people and I believe they have the best intentions for the company, the employees, and our community. There is a lot of opportunity to learn n number of things. Their intention is, how could reach up to common man with best solutions in IOT in affordable budget. so they will serve society , community.

It's really hard to find a con in this company. Nothing is perfect there should be scope of improvement. If anything, it's work/life balance but if you enjoy what you are doing, it doesn't feel like work.
